Location & Pitch
The family-friendly campsite is quietly located on the edge of the forest, nestled between the Rofan and Karwendel mountains. Lake Achensee is just a seven-minute walk away and offers a wide range of leisure activities.
The pitches are suitable for caravans, motorhomes and tents and all have electricity and cable TV connections. 80 - 100 m² in size. The "Park" is available for tents.
Sanitary facilities
The new 4-star sanitary building offers walk-in showers, sufficient WC facilities and washbasins as well as private rental bathrooms with shower, washbasin and WC. Two barrier-free bathrooms are also available.
Other facilities include a drying, ski and ski boot room, a laundry room with washing machines and dryers and a dog shower. There is also an indoor children's playroom for younger guests.
Catering
From 8:00 a.m., guests have the opportunity to purchase various types of bread or have breakfast in the restaurant. At lunchtime and in the evening, the menu offers game specialities and home-style dishes.
For more shopping options, the centre of Maurach can be reached on foot in around 10 minutes.
Leisure time
In summer, the Achensee region offers numerous activities such as surfing, sailing, golfing, swimming, paragliding and hiking at various levels of difficulty.
In winter, guests can enjoy the day skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing or wonderful winter walks in the Karwendel valleys.
