The Terrassencamping Süd-See holiday park, which is open all year round, is located in one of the most picturesque regions of Tyrol, directly on the sunny southern shore of Lake Walchsee. This boutique campsite, nestled in an 11-hectare park, offers a real oasis of relaxation in the heart of the "Kaiserwinkl" hiking and cross-country skiing paradise.
Both holiday pitches and spacious seasonal and year-round pitches are available, all equipped with electricity, water and waste water connections. The flexible organisation of arrival and departure also contributes to a relaxed holiday experience.
Sanitary facilities
The holiday park's sanitary facilities have a modern, bright and friendly design. They offer numerous amenities for carefree comfort, including individual cubicles with free hot and cold water, hot showers, a baby bath, underfloor heating and a hair and make-up area with hairdryer.
There are specially adapted washbasins for the little campers. There are also utility rooms with crockery and laundry basins, washing machines and tumble dryers. The equipment for winter sports enthusiasts is not neglected either. There is a ski and snowboard depot with boot dryer for a comfortable stay.
Catering
The cosy "Café am See" with its lakeside terrace offers guests a selection of culinary delights from the kitchen and cellar.
Various camping articles are also available directly at the campsite reception.
Leisure time
Lake Walchsee is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, with opportunities for swimming, water skiing and surfing. A walk around the picturesque lake or a break with a marvellous view from the sun terrace of the café are also highly recommended. For children, there are playgrounds, a skater park and a beach volleyball court that promise plenty of fun.
In winter, the nearby ski areas offer ideal conditions for beginners and ambitious skiers, while cross-country skiers can enjoy 246 kilometres of perfectly groomed trails. Winter hikers and snowshoe hikers have the opportunity to explore the snow-covered landscape.
