Location & Pitch
Situated in a quiet and sunny area on the northern edge of Mayrhofen, right on the edge of the forest and just a few minutes' walk from the centre, the campsite offers a holiday in the middle of a breathtaking mountain landscape.
With 200 pitches in different categories, guests can personalise their stay. The comfort pitches, around 100m² in size, and the luxury pitches, between 120 and 130m², each offer connections for electricity, TV, water and waste water. Internet access for the duration of the stay is included in the price, and there are charming log cabins with barbecue facilities for the perfect holiday experience.
Sanitary facilities
The modern and brightly designed washrooms and sanitary facilities are a highlight at Camping Mayrhofen. They include ten separate washrooms with showers and washbasins, a disabled washroom and a baby washroom with changing table and children's bathtub for the youngest guests. For those who want more privacy, there are private bathrooms for hire with toilet, shower and washbasin.
There are also two rooms for washing up and a laundry room with three washing machines and a tumble dryer. There is also a special shower for dogs.
Catering
At the end of a wonderful summer's day, the barbecue area is an ideal option for a relaxed get-together with family or friends. The "Restaurant Denggerhof" offers an attractive alternative, where you can enjoy culinary delights in a sun-drenched conservatory, on the cosy terrace or in the rustic parlour. The offer convinces in every ambience.
In addition, a barbecue evening with live Zillertal music is regularly organised in summer. The camping shop, which stocks an extensive selection of groceries and many other products especially for campers, is available for further shopping.
Leisure time
The campsite has a wide range of offers and activities to keep you entertained and bored. Sports enthusiasts can look forward to various leisure activities: a heated swimming pool with children's pool, a sauna, a solarium and a steam bath are available.
Thanks to the central location of the campsite, great hikes and bike tours are also possible. In summer, you can even go skiing on the glacier. In winter, 157 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes, 48 modern lifts and numerous cosy huts attract winter sports enthusiasts.
