Location & Pitch
The Schwarzsee wellness and sports camp offers ideal conditions for an active holiday in both summer and winter. Just 50 metres away is the Schwarzsee, one of the warmest and most beautiful swimming lakes in the Austrian Alps, to which camping guests have free access.
Directly on the campsite, a wellness oasis invites you to relax, complete with indoor pool, whirlpool, a varied sauna landscape, a fitness room and a quiet zone. Leisure activities are provided by the campsite's own leisure park, which includes a mini golf course with 18 holes, pit pat with 18 tables and a tennis court. There is also a large adventure playground and a children's playroom, which are particularly popular with younger guests.
Sanitary facilities
The modern sanitary facilities on the campsite offer extensive facilities, including family and individual wash cubicles, a disabled sanitary block, drying rooms and dishwashing rooms, as well as special areas for baby care, including a baby washing and nappy-changing room.
Hot water and hot showers are included in the price.
Catering
The à la carte organic restaurant on the campsite is characterised by its family atmosphere and offers a selection of national and international dishes that are 100% certified organic, as well as homemade cakes.
The campsite is also home to the only "Biogreißler" (organic grocer) to be found on an Austrian campsite. This is a supermarket that is stocked exclusively with organic products.
Leisure time
A free ski bus departs directly from the campsite to the world-famous Kitzbühel ski area. It impresses with 68 downhill runs, 179 kilometres of pistes, 54 cable cars and lifts as well as 36 kilometres of ski routes. Practice lifts in the valley are available free of charge for beginners and those returning to skiing. Ski equipment can be hired at all lifts, with campsite guests benefiting from discounts.
The Kitzbühel ski region also attracts visitors with action-packed snowboard fun parks, natural toboggan runs and hundreds of kilometres of cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails. Kitzbühel's sun trail even starts right at the campsite.
