Location & Pitch
The Alpen Caravan Park Achensee is picturesquely situated on the northern shore of Lake Achensee, the largest lake in Tyrol.
It offers three different pitch categories: For motorhomes that only want to park for one night, there is the motorhome harbour. The standard pitches are equipped with electricity. The third category is the luxury comfort pitches. These have direct connections to fresh water, waste water, gas, electricity and cable TV.
There are also facilities for emptying chemical toilets. Thanks to the connection to the gas pipeline, a direct gas supply is guaranteed all year round. Of course, fresh water and waste water supplies are also available all year round.
Sanitary facilities
Im Zentral- und Sanitärgebäude des Alpen Caravan Parks Achensee befindet sich ein hochmodern ausgestatteter Sanitärbereich. Dieser umfasst separate WC-Anlagen, Duschkabinen und Einzelwaschbecken. Zusätzlich bietet der Bereich ein barrierefreies Bad mit WC und einen Baby-Wickelraum.
Weiters finden die Gäste einen Geschirrspülraum, einen Wasch- und Trockenraum sowie eine Hundedusche. Zudem gibt es eine Entsorgungsstation für Chemietoiletten.
Catering
Located directly at the campsite, the "Achensee Stüberl" invites you to linger, where traditional dishes are prepared in the open show kitchen. The restaurant impresses with its cosy Swiss stone pine parlour with an open fireplace, a light-flooded conservatory with a view of Lake Achensee and a spacious sun terrace.
From the terrace and conservatory, you can watch your children play in the nearby water playground. The campsite also has a well-equipped camping shop, which offers a bread roll service, a selection of food and camping supplies, as well as toiletries and souvenirs.
Leisure time
The campsite offers a wide range of activities for visitors of all ages. For the youngest guests, there is an outdoor playground with various water toys and a free indoor play area. Teenagers can have fun in the youth room with games such as billiards and darts.
The direct access to Lake Achensee promises plenty of swimming fun. The lake, with its sunbathing lawn and sandy beach, is divided into areas for non-swimmers and swimmers. A beach volleyball court rounds off the campsite's extensive leisure facilities.
